Let the pure lights arise as manifestation of essence, images of light!

Don't follow them,  just allow the visions to dissolve back into the empty stillness of your heart!

Merge with the lights and integrate your mind with the forces of all the elemental energies!

Your looking, the awareness of attention itself,  is the ultimate formless spiritual dimension!

Merge your being, the formless, with the dimension of form and become the infinite!

Be the cause and center of the entire universe and its forces!

Rest in self awareness, the awareness without a self!

Rest in silent being, the attention attending to itself!

Be the peace of spontaneous creative consciousness, the basic presence of the watching!

The formless watching is itself all possible forms!

There are no forms, only formless conscious awareness, manifesting itself concretely!

Open your being to whatever happens, be cause whatever is, is!
