My feet dance on the vibrations of the awakening Thunder! Clap clap!

My legs run on the penetrating Wind! Faster than fast!

My heart is the burning midday Sun, illuminating all things in consciousness! Huuuuuuuuu

My belly is the rich, receptive, fertile fields and ground of the Earth! My Primordial Mother!

My mouth tastes the nectar of the reflective ocean of Bliss! Mmmm

My mind is the creative force and power, ungraspable like the spacious Crystal Clear Open Sky! Ahhhhhhh

My ears hear the river of Cosmic Sound, raging into the Abyss of deep Soulfulness! Huuuuuuuuu

And my hands folded and still, are the Silent Mountain, stopped, solid and at peace! Shhhhhhhhhh

Resolving these eight elements into two, the pushing and the pulling, they are then folded into one infinite Silence, which is itself surrendered into the Absolute as Heart-Source Awareness of the present moment, beyond all forms of mechanical self suffering and delusion, resting in the Silence of the Eternal NOW!
