Transient sense impressions delight and destroy!

Recognize the space in which all destruction and delusion go down!

 Realize that space as your own natural blissfully silent being!

When everythings going on inside, nothing is going on outside!

Radiant waves of rainbow light are nothingness appearing as everythingness!

 Terrible atrociously horrible pains are nagging emotions which your image tries to cling to!

Release all pain into no pain!

 Recognize all pain as nowness clearness draining into blissful silence!

 Feel the all-thing, the no-feeling of pure ecstatic fullness completeness!

 Taste the taste of this moments no-taste, the possibility, the uncertainty of the any and every-taste, the exquisitely yummy tastiness of life!
